Brighton Music Conference announces full list of pod parties and events

Brighton Music Conference

The whole schedule of activities and pod parties for Brighton Music Conference's 10th Anniversary edition has been released. BMC is the UK's premier electronic music and networking event. The 2023 edition of the festival will welcome some of the biggest stars in the electronic music world from the past, present, and future. It will take place from May 24 to May 26 at the famous Brighton i360 beachside complex.

The BMC places a strong emphasis on networking, and there are many opportunities to do so at the several special networking events held at some of Brighton's most popular locations, like the Brighton i360 observation pod. On Wednesday, May 24, the Rockwater rooftop terrace will host the official BMC Welcome Party. The event, which is being hosted by AFEM, will allow participants the chance to network while listening to music by Richard Earnshaw, Ridney, Ralph Lawson, Simon Field, and Sophie Lloyd while taking in the sunset and the sea views.

Exclusive gatherings are hosted 450 feet above the city in the i360 Pod observation tower for the renowned pod parties at BMC. This year's lineup will include six special events. Radio 1's Charlie Tee will kick things off on Thursday, May 25, with Pola & Bryson from the formidable Shogun Audio. Charlie Tee will then be followed by Mark Knight - Where Music Matters, a celebration of 20 years of Toolroom Records, and Alan Fitzpatrick will close things out. The great Carl Cox will play the turntables on Friday, May 26 for an exclusive sunset DJ set up on the pod, and BMC is thrilled about this. Jon Carter, Steve Mac, Serge Santiago, and Irvine Welsh will all perform back-to-back in a unique showcase for the new Jack Said What label from Steve Mac and Irvine Welsh. The 10th edition's last session will include the pod debut of The Baron of Techno Dave Clarke.
