UNLOCKED continues its rise with Deborah De Luca, Joseph Capriati and Patrick Topping in some of Sicily's most extraordinary settings

UNLOCKED, the Sicilian collective redefining the relationship between world-class electronic music and the island's cultural heritage, today announced the next chapter in its growing series of events. Across its UNLOCKED and AURA brands, the group will bring three of the most respected names in international electronic music - Deborah De Luca, Joseph Capriati and Patrick Topping - to settings that few promoters in the world could ever access.

The announcement follows an extraordinary run of success. The inaugural AURA Festival at the Parco Archeologico di Segesta and a landmark event with techno pioneer Richie Hawtin in Palermo both sold out, and UNLOCKED was named Best Festival at the 2025 Dance Music Awards - confirming its reputation for pairing globally renowned artists with locations of rare historical and cultural significance. These two milestones have set the stage for an ambitious continuation of the series.

The series also includes the return of the Unlocked Music Festival on 25th July, featuring Marco Carola , Ilario Alicante and Frank Storm - three of the defining voices of the international house and techno scene. The festival forms part of Castellammare - Art Music Week, further cementing UNLOCKED's role at the heart of Sicily's cultural and musical calendar.

Under the AURA brand - the concept born at Segesta and dedicated to staging premium electronic music within Sicily's most evocative heritage venues - UNLOCKED will present Joseph Capriati and Patrick Topping at the Sistema delle Piazze in Gibellina on 14th August. A globally celebrated artist known for his command of the world's most important stages, Capriati performs in the town named Italian Capital of Contemporary Art for 2026, extending AURA's mission of opening extraordinary locations to new audiences.

Under the UNLOCKED PARTY brand, the group will present Deborah De Luca at the Castello dei Conti di Modica in Alcamo on 22nd August. One of the most recognisable figures in global techno, De Luca brings her unmistakable energy to the 14th-century Chiaramonte fortress at the heart of the western-Sicilian town - a medieval stronghold named for the Counts of Modica who held it for four centuries.

Together, these events represent a continuation of a clear and ambitious vision: to stage the finest artists in electronic music within locations of genuine cultural weight, and to position Sicily as an international destination for unforgettable live experiences. With each edition selling out and each venue more remarkable than the last, UNLOCKED and AURA are rapidly establishing themselves as one of the most distinctive forces in European electronic music.
