I Wanna’.

Summer is here and The Bausa are back with the soundtrack for those long and warm nights. After

turning heads worldwide with ‘Magnetic’ the Scandi-house trio return with yet another double single,

‘Lose Myself’ and ‘I Wanna’. Releasing 19th June via Sony Music, the follow up comes at the perfect

time for the change in seasons.

With ‘Magnetic’ amassing nearly 56 million streams on Spotify, the Norwegain dance act The Bausa

had a tough act to follow with their next release. Created during an exceptionally inspired creative period

across a number of countries and spaces, both tracks celebrate a deep love for music and all of

its complex facets. Focus track ‘Lose Myself’ captures the feeling of sharing a magical connection

through music. Bright, expansive and ludicrously catchy, ‘Lose Myself’ captures the very essence

of The Bausa and their Scandi-house flavour, blending elements of pop, funk, jazz and dance to

‘I Wanna’ shows another side to The Bausa’s influence pallet, blending Latin-inspired rhythms and

euphoria of The Bausa’s sound. Deep and soulful drum patterns act as the bedrock, before samba-

influenced horns and strings enter the fray, all while The Bausa layer their emotive vocal lines on

shows the incredible progression of The Bausa and their sonic profile.

Live, The Bausa have been drawing audiences of all ages to festival stages across Norway. On their

Autumn/Winter 2025 tour, which held two sold out shows at one of Oslo’s largest venues, Sentrum

Scene, The Bausa played some of their biggest and best gigs yet. Having firmly established themselves

on home turf, the trio are now setting their sights on an international scale. Bringing a live concept that

merges DJ set, band and live vocals into one musical experience: Scandi-house. To mark the release

of ‘Lose Myself / I Wanna’, The Bausa have teamed up with well-respected party throwers Lab54 on

a flurry of pop-up shows across Europe. The Scandi-house pioneers will be heading to Amsterdam,

London, Berlin and Paris to play exclusive, invite-only pop-up performances, taking their talents

across borders and into new realms.
