PAROOKAVILLE 2026 was completely sold out again with 225,000 Citizens attending
over three days of shows and five camping days.
"The Aquarius" Mainstage, the new CUPRA 360° centre stage at Desert Valley, this
year's enhanced PAROOKAVILLE Ceremony and the Closing Show set new, central
festival moment standards.
And for 2027, BUNT. In The Round, Lost Frequencies, Don Diablo and Steve Aoki have
already been confirmed as the first headliners. The Limited Pre-Sale, including features
like the discounted Young Ticket, starts on July 21st of this year at 12:00 noon CET.
PAROOKAVILLE 2026 saw all of the City of Dreams' tickets sold out once again. Weeze
Airport in Germany's NRW region opened its gates from July 17th to 19th for a total of
225,000 Parookaville Citizens. The three days of shows and five days of camping were
celebrated by more than 300 acts including Hardwell, Armin van Buuren, The
Chainsmokers, Charlotte de Witte, SCOOTER, Axwell, Fisher, Argy, R3hab and many
other artists.
The final day of this year's festival made it clear that PAROOKAVILLE continues the
triumphant run it already established when it was founded, with capacity for the 2026
edition again selling out completely. Starting at 12 noon CET on July 21st, fans can
already purchase the first limited batch of ticket categories for PAROOKAVILLE 2027 at
discounted prices. And next year's first headliners have already been confirmed!
The Aquarius, Bill’s Factory and Desert Valley - Festival moments 2026
The Mainstage shone this year under the motto "The Aquarius", implementing water
elements to morph into a spectacular underwater world. Musical highlights came from
domestic German and international top acts such as Techno Queen Charlotte de Witte,
who made her Mainstage debut as Friday’s closing act. Fisher also premiered this year
on the Mainstage, while Steve Aoki continued his Mainstage tradition with cakes from
the German town of Goch, and Hardwell closed out the Mainstage with a burst of
energy. PAROOKAVILLE 2026 closes with a sold-out edition,welcoming 225,000 Citizens
The festival's second-largest stage at Bill’s Factory provided several more highlights.
Alle Farben played a set on Friday with a choir, strings and horns. On Sunday, the
performers on the stage included Bausa pres. Sauber and DJ Ötzi, before SCOOTER
completely packed out the area in front of the stage that evening.
One of the festival's central new features was the 360° Desert Valley Stage by CUPRA.
It fit in perfectly with the city setting and introduced a new show feeling into one of the
most iconic areas at the festival.
Timmy Trumpet underscored the special significance of the City of Dreams for the
scene's global stars: "Honestly, it's one of my absolute favourite weekends of the year. I
love this festival, all my friends are here and we meet up backstage. The best thing is
the crowd, who make it feel like coming home every time!"
Along with the musical highlights, PAROOKAVILLE's unique city concept is always one
of the most distinct experiences for its Citizens. Jaqueline and Max from Solingen,
Germany celebrated their now legally valid wedding at the Warsteiner Parooka Church,
the world's largest PENNY supermarket provided 45,000 campers around the clock
with everything they wanted and needed, and the ING Bank of PAROOKAVILLE opened
a popular new city feature with its Central Bank in the City of Dreams.
The redesigned PAROOKAVILLE Ceremony told a story of its own on Saturday evening
using lights, drones and fireworks. And the Closing Show on Sunday evening finished
off the festival weekend with more goosebumps.
Bernd Dicks, Cofounder and Managing Director of Parookaville GmbH, summarises the
whole experience positively and is already looking ahead: "PAROOKAVILLE is and will
remain a truly unique experience, providing our attendees with five days of escape from
the daily routine. We are very happy with how everything went, and the many people
who've sent me personal feedback in the meantime share that feeling. The atmosphere
was fantastic, everyone celebrated together peacefully. Now we're looking forward to
our other festival, San Hejmo, coming up in four weeks."
First headliners confirmed for 2027: BUNT., Lost Frequencies, Don Diablo and Steve
Aoki
The first headliners for PAROOKAVILLE 2027 have never been confirmed so early
before. Since "Clouds", BUNT. has become one of the most exciting new names on the
electronic music scene. With his unmistakable Stutter House sound and the live concept
"BUNT. <>In The Round.", he has purposefully created greater closeness to the crowd
than your average DJ set and has enraptured tens of thousands of fans. He'll be bringing
this concept to the City of Dreams for the first time in 2027.
Lost Frequencies made his international breakthrough in 2014 with "Are You With Me".
His debut single and "Where Are You Now" have racked up over one billion streams each
on Spotify, making him the first Belgian act ever to achieve this milestone. Lost
Frequencies returns to PAROOKAVILLE next year for the first time since the Covid
pandemic.
Don Diablo appeared at the Power Plant in 2026 with his "Don Diablo pres.
Ctrl+Alt+Delete" project. While he maintains this alter ego for Drum & Bass and
experimental club sounds, the Dutchman returns to the Mainstage in 2027 as a
headliner with his Future House sound.
Steve Aoki has performed at every single PAROOKAVILLE festival. His sets and cream
cake "Cake Me" tradition have become an unmissable fixture on the City of Dreams
Mainstage. In 2027, Steve Aoki will make his 11th appearance at PAROOKAVILLE.

Statements from PAROOKAVILLE’s top partners
Florian Krenz, Head of Sponsoring & Events at ING Deutschland
"Great brand work creates moments that people love to experience and remember. With
our new ING Central Bank, we created a space where festivalgoers could experience ING
in a surprising and approachable way. The fact that people were even queuing up for it
is the greatest compliment for me. And PAROOKAVILLE is the perfect place for this:
here, brands aren’t just spectators – they become neighbours in the City of Dreams, and
thus a true part of the community and the overall experience.”
Michael Bothe, Chairman of the Management Board, PENNY Region West
"I was on site several times and absolutely blown away each time. What the
PAROOKAVILLE team pulls off year after year is stunning. But that also perfectly
describes the sensational performance of all the PENNY employees who worked around
the clock here to create the perfect festival feeling. My sincere thanks to them for that.”
Nadja Gärtner, Head of Brand Activation at Warsteiner
"Once again this year, PAROOKAVILLE impressively demonstrated what makes the
festival so special: a unique community, an electrifying atmosphere, and unforgettable
experiences. A very special highlight was the 10th legally binding wedding in our
Warsteiner Parooka Church, arguably Germany’s most extraordinary registry office. The
fact that a couple can legally tie the knot here every year since 2016 makes this place
unique and creates emotions that last well beyond the festival itself. Amidst the
fantastic festival mood, glorious beer-drinking weather, and with a freshly tapped
Warsteiner in hand, hundreds of thousands of visitors were able to share unforgettable
moments. We are proud to be a long-standing partner and part of the City of Dreams.”
