Today, Do LaB has unveiled the music lineup for Lightning in a Bottle, North America’s original boutique festival, set to take place at Buena Vista Lake in Southern California during Memorial Day Weekend (May 22-27). The festival promises a unique experience with top-tier music curation, art installations, immersive environments, and educational programming.
The 2024 edition marks a return to the festival's roots, emphasizing the spirit of fun. Lightning in a Bottle (LIB) is known for its transformative wonderland and wild party atmosphere, catering to misfits, creatives, and experience seekers. It's a space for learning, creating, and reconnecting with one's mischievous inner child.
Headlining the festival are iconic UK vocalists James Blake, Labrinth, and M.I.A. The dance lineup features renowned acts like Skrillex, Fatboy Slim, Lane 8, Tipper, CloZee, ISOxo, Skream, and Bob Moses. LIB showcases diverse genres with artists like Honey Dijon, Floating Points, Overmono, Tycho, Nora En Pure, Justin Martin, Mura Masa, and Of The Trees.
The lineup extends to include Bomba Estéreo, Cannons, Nia Archives, Qveen Herby, Barclay Crenshaw, Aluna, it's murph, DJ Holographic, Machinedrum, and more. LIB's stages, including Lightning, Woogie, and Thunder, offer unique aesthetics and sounds, ensuring a balance of fan-favorite bookings and new discoveries.
The festival's Compass area provides educational opportunities on topics such as indigenous cultures, psychedelic medicine, climate change, love & relationships, and healthy eating. Attendees can engage their senses, expand their minds, and inspire community action.
Lightning in a Bottle offers a five-day off-the-grid experience, allowing attendees to explore music, art, and magic. New for 2024, the festival introduces three-day tickets and hotel package options, providing flexibility and convenience. VIP options are also available for an elevated experience.
