Hard techno’s global rise is showing no signs of slowing down, and now one of the scene’s most influential brands is officially making its move into North America.
Insomniac Events has announced a new partnership with Unreal Germany, the internationally recognized hard techno collective known for its intense stage productions and uncompromising sound. The collaboration marks Unreal Germany’s official expansion into the North American market and signals a major moment for the continued growth of hard techno across the continent.
Over the past few years, Unreal Germany has established itself as a powerhouse within the underground electronic music community, hosting stage takeovers and events across countries including Germany, Colombia, Italy, Belgium, and Australia. Their signature blend of industrial visuals, relentless energy, and cutting-edge hard techno has earned the brand a loyal global following.
The partnership with Insomniac has already started to take shape through several high-profile events in 2026. Earlier this year, Unreal Germany made its Florida debut with a Warehouse Stage takeover during Factory Town Music Week in Miami. More recently, the collective brought its sound to EDC Las Vegas, hosting the Wasteland stage during the festival’s 30th anniversary celebration.
Now, the collaboration is expanding even further with the announcement of the Unreal North America Tour 2026. The seven-city run will showcase a lineup stacked with some of the biggest names and fastest-rising artists in hard techno today.
Artists appearing on the tour include 999999999, Adrián Mills, ALIGNMENT, Amayah, Cara Elizabeth, Celicé, Christi, Cloudy, Fantasm, Gravedgr, Johannes Schuster, Kobosil, Kuko, Miss Crafty, Nico Moreno, Novah, TYRM, and Winson. In addition to the tour, Unreal Germany is also set to host the hard techno stage on day two of Insomniac’s Wasteland Festival, marking the brand’s California festival debut.
The partnership highlights Insomniac’s continued investment in underground dance music culture while giving Unreal Germany a major platform to introduce its immersive experience to North American audiences. As hard techno continues to dominate clubs and festival stages worldwide, this collaboration feels like a natural next step for both brands.
With massive demand for harder sounds continuing to grow across the electronic music landscape, the Unreal North America Tour 2026 could mark the beginning of a new era for the genre in the United States and beyond.
