GORDO, formerly known as Diamante Blackmon, has unveiled the "TARAKA LATAM TOUR," the largest South American DJ tour to date. The tour spans 25 Latin American cities across 15 different countries, starting on December 16th in Antigua, Guatemala, and includes major markets such as Santo Domingo, Medellin, Tulum, and Lima.
As the #1 Hispanic DJ in the world and ranked No.21 overall by DJ Mag, GORDO has successfully bridged the gap between Latin and House music, earning international acclaim. Known for collaborations with artists like Feid, Maluma, and El Alfa, GORDO has solidified his status as a trailblazer in the Latin music scene. The upcoming tour reflects his commitment to deepening connections with his cultural roots.
The tour kicks off with a hometown TARAKA event in Antigua, Guatemala, on December 16. GORDO will continue through Santo Domingo, Medellin, Tulum, and Punta Del Este before the year's end. In 2024, he will visit iconic venues in cities such as Cartagena, Mar Del Plata, San Bernardino, Lima, and Bogota, Colombia, where the tour concludes on March 1st, 2024.
With GORDO's recent success, including a sold-out event in Brazil and performances alongside Swedish House Mafia in Mexico City, anticipation is high for the upcoming Latin American tour. GORDO's impact on the region is evident, with his focus on education and community support through initiatives like the Edificio TARAKA learning center in Central America.
The "TARAKA LATAM TOUR" promises more than just music, offering a celebration of culture and shared experiences for fans across the continent.
