Electric Daisy Carnival Returns to Las Vegas for 30th Anniversary Edition, May 15-17

Global dance music experience curator Insomniac’s Electric Daisy Carnival returns May 15-17 to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for its 30th anniversary. This year’s theme, kineticJOURNEY, reflects the past 30 years of EDC’s evolution and the community that has grown alongside it.

30 Years of Electric Daisy Carnival

Leading up to the weekend, Insomniac will debut its first-ever World Party Parade, a free, all-ages, and fully immersive dance music parade. Taking place at 6 pm PT on Thursday, May 14 on the Las Vegas Strip and proceeding past Circus Circus Hotel & Casino, Resorts World Las Vegas, Sahara Las Vegas, and Hilton Grand Vacations Club, World Party Parade will feature over 30 art cars, moving renegade sound systems, and hundreds of performers.

To further celebrate EDC Las Vegas’ 30th anniversary, GRAMMY-nominated Kaskade joins forces with Layton Giordani and Natalie Jane for “Meet Again”, the official anthem of EDC Las Vegas 2026. “Meet Again” is out now on Insomniac Records and is featured on EDC Las Vegas 2026’s official compilation. Stream “Meet Again” on all platforms here.

The festival also will debut two brand-new music areas. First, a dedicated Insomniac Fridays themed area, paying tribute to early underground dance music in Los Angeles. The roster of artists includes old-school rave acts, such as Steve Loria, Frankie Bones, Donald Glaude, Fester, Oscure & Thee-O, and Reid Speed. The happy hardcore-focused Picnic Playtime art car will also make its debut. Hosted by RAVEWAVE, artists include DJ Flapjack, 99Jakes, Lucky Rabbit, and more.

This year’s lineup honors dance music history with the EDC Las Vegas debuts of legendary English electronic acts The Prodigy and Underworld, along with Dutch trance icon Tiësto and American rave pioneer Frankie Bones.
