Scottish DJ and producer Denis Sulta is making his return to original music with the new single 'World of Flies'. This marks his first original composition since 2020 and showcases Sulta's venture into writing and singing lyrics for the first time. The track is a kinetic, bass-forward house groover that is expected to be a crowd-pleaser.
Despite the hiatus in original releases, Denis Sulta has become one of the prominent DJs in the global clubbing scene. He has performed at renowned festivals and clubs worldwide, including EXIT Festival, Creamfields, Bassiani, Awakenings, Amnesia in Ibiza, and Printworks in London. Sulta's dynamic sets have gained significant online presence, with his Boiler Room performance becoming the most-streamed set of the year.
With 'World of Flies', Denis Sulta brings his experiences from these clubbing institutions back to the studio, adding a new flavor to his established production palette. The track is a reflection of Sulta's growing confidence in incorporating his own vocals into his music.
Denis Sulta shared his thoughts on the new release: “I didn’t have the confidence to do this before. I’m now starting ideas on the piano more and I’ve got a new found confidence to use my own vocals on tracks, it feels like I’m writing fully-fledged songs. I started playing the track out and it just had this huge reaction. Everyone was asking where the vocal on the track was from and I was like, ‘It’s me!’”
'World of Flies' was officially released on all platforms on November 10, following Sulta's recent performances at Amsterdam Dance Event and The Warehouse Project’s Halloween bonanza.
