Out now via Black Book Records, the track sees the two artists combine their distinct styles into a high-impact, club-ready release primed for dancefloors worldwide.

‘Make You Fight’ showcases Chris Lake’s signature production finesse, driving low-end, crisp percussion, and infectious groove, while ATRIP brings a fresh, forward leaning energy to the record. The result is a dynamic collaboration that balances underground credibility with undeniable peak-time appeal, reflecting both artists’ ability to push house music into new territory while maintaining a clear and distinct vision.Having built a reputation as one of the most influential figures in modern dance music, Chris Lake continues to evolve his sound while championing emerging talent through Black Book Records. With ‘Make You Fight’, he once again spotlights the next generation, tapping ATRIP as one of the most exciting rising names in the scene. They celebrated the release of their collab EP by playing the record together at Toe Jam Backlot in Miami just this past March during Miami Music Week which was met by delighted fans and dancers alike.

Fresh off a breakout year, ATRIP’s rapid ascent has been marked by a string of major releases and debuts across the board. His ‘KLUBPARTEI’ EP has earned widespread support from tastemakers such as Jamie xx, Ben UFO, Solomun, Caribou, Dom Dolla and salute, further cementing his reputation as a producer’s producer. In 2025 he made a string of landmark festival debuts at some of the most significant festivals on the globe, including the likes of Glastonbury Festival, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, ARC Music Festival, Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival and Lost Village Festival. That same year he delivered standout remixes for Barry Can't Swim and HAAi, while also being named as part of Beatport’s Class of 2026 - solidifying his position as one of electronic music’s most promising new voices.

“ATRIP’s someone I’ve been keeping an eye on for a while now,” says Chris Lake. “He’s got a really unique approach to production that instantly stood out to me. ‘Make You Fight’ came together in a way that felt really natural, we wanted to create something that hits hard in a club but still has personality. I’m really happy with where we landed on it.”

With this release, Chris Lake continues to reinforce his position at the forefront of global house music, while introducing a powerful new collaboration that highlights the genre’s evolving landscape. ‘Make You Fight’ with ATRIP is out now on Black Book Records.
